Bluedrop solves water quality issues for Residential and Commercial clients with the design and installation of water purification equipment. We are seeking a Journeyman Plumber to join our growing installation team!Our ideal candidate is personable, service-oriented and has great communication skills. Candidates must hold a Massachusetts Journeyman plumber license and be interested in an exciting new challenge. Water filtration experience is a bonus, but not required.ResponsibilitiesPerform site surveys and installation planningInstall Bluedrop equipment including water filtration systems, water softeners and reverse osmosis systemsCollaborate with Bluedrop operations, service, and sales teamsMaintain company vehicle according to policy and proceduresFollowing through on our customer commitmentsEnsure the management, maintenance, and security of company assets including inventory, equipment, vehicles, and machineryAssist with training other members of the teamSafety must be a #1 priority to keep injury free and compliant with regulations and company safety policiesSupport growth and development within your division through mentorship, training, and exposure to other services and business functions Qualifications & Skills:Pass pre-employment background checkSkilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing tradeEffective oral communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to complete projects unsupervised and unassistedExcellent problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentThe ability to read and follow plumbing and electrical schematicsAbility to lift up to (60) lbs.Education & Experience RequirementsMust have a MA State Journeyman Plumbers LicenseValid Driver's LicenseA HS Diploma or equivalent5+ years of plumbing experienceBluedrop is an Equal Opportunity EmployerCompensation details: 35-45 Hourly WagePI4204573a89df-25660-36842278
