based team. BAE Systems has recently been awarded new programs and
is currently undergoing an exciting period of growth. We have
multiple positions in Southern New Hampshire (our locations include
Nashua, Hudson, Merrimack and Manchester).BAE Systems is searching
for a RF Senior Principal Test Engineer to fill the role of an RF
TPS Integration Specialist. The RF TPS integration specialist has
responsibilities both as an individual contributor and as a test
solution architect, balancing both roles equally and successfully.
They are a TPS integration subject matter expert, adept at both
legacy and cutting-edge test solutions, able to quickly shift focus
to support multiple projects either as a primary developer or
support role to other developers. The RF TPS integration specialist
possesses the knowledge/experience to liaison with driver and test
executive development teams to provide development direction and
support as needed. They are a motivated self-starter, able to
complete assignments with little oversight while being available as
a subject matter expert and technical lead to their team. They must
be able to assume a full or partial lead role as circumstances
dictate, and be able to quickly and dynamically switch focus to
accommodate the daily activities of an engineering team supporting
a production environment. This individual should be comfortable
providing accurate technical status to program management or
direction to individual contributors as part of their job function,
as well as interfacing with other engineering disciplines as
necessary. The ideal candidate would be familiar or experienced
in:
Integrating complex RF testing
solutions with little to no supervision RF integration subject
matter expert - must be able to quickly shift focus to support
multiple projects, either as a primary developer or support role to
other developersPossesses the knowledge/experience to liaison with
driver and test executive development teams to provide development
direction and support as needed. Please note that pursuant to a
government contract, the specific positions requires US citizenship

Strong leadership skillsExperience in
leading engineers on multiple projects/tasksProgramming Languages:
Proficient in C, C++ and C# Test solution software
integrationExperience with RF test development for production,
employing RF Test instrumentation (Network Analyzer, Spectrum
Analyzer, Signal Generators, etc.)Experience using NI LabWindows
CVI and TestStandExperience with RF Measurement techniques and
ability to diagnose and resolve to root cause measurement
anomalies. Possess good communication skills including
interpersonal communication and team communicationTakes initiative

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Experience in supporting
factory production test stands, debug, problem isolation, and
resolution.-- Experienced in developing RF test measurements for
production -- Ability to perform test solution development:

Salary Range: $130355 - $221603Please note: This range is based on
our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are
determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to:
business considerations, local market conditions, and internal
equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills,
