Paralegal - Bankruptcy



Are you an organized, detail-oriented, and experienced bankruptcy paralegal looking for a great work environment? If so, let's talk. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, enjoy significant client contact, be willing to oversee an assistant and be part of a fantastic team.



MUST HAVE BANKRUPTCY EXPERIENCE.



This is an in-house position. No remote applicants, please.

Responsibilities:
--- Prepare Bankruptcy petitions, client correspondence, draft pleadings, etc.
--- Manage files to ensure they move forward per Firm processes & procedures
--- Meet with clients in person or via telephone/zoom
--- Manage court docket
--- Prepare files for court hearings
--- Assist clients with 341 prep and attendance
--- Work with lawyers on all aspects of client matters

Qualifications:

--- Must have great time-management skills, and organizational skills
--- Talented communicator and writer
--- 3+ years of legal service experience under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting
