Job Description:

Summary: Lead Line Service Technicians in providing services to general aviation aircraft, crew, and passengers, performing various tasks and duties as assigned.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and directing activities of Line Service Technicians, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to our customers. Your duties will include:

• 
  
• Delegating and assigning tasks to qualified personnel, monitoring progress, and assessing results.
  
• Greeting, parking, towing, moving, and marshaling aircraft arriving or departing the ramp area.
  
• Providing lavatory and water services as requested.
  
• Fueling and de-icing aircraft as needed.
  
• Offering shuttle services for passengers and crew as required.
  
• Assisting with customer service duties as needed.
  
• Providing oil and oxygen services for aircraft as requested.
  
• Assisting with baggage and cargo handling as needed.
  
• Assisting with general cleaning and clearing of debris from the ramp, building, and customer areas.
  
• Assisting with wing-walking duties as required.
  
• Assisting the supervisor with training new employees.
  
• Performing other duties as assigned.
  
  
  To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  
  
  • 
    
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
    
  • A minimum of 18 years of age.
    
  • A valid state driver's license, with a commercial driver's license (CDL) required in some locations.
    
  • The ability to pass background checks, drug tests, and receive an airport security badge.
    
  • Legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
    
  • The ability to successfully complete our training programs.
    
  • The ability to pass a color vision test for inspecting aviation fuel.
    
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.
    
  • The ability to perform simple arithmetic and work flexible schedules.
    
  • Prior general aviation experience is preferred.

    • Read, write, and fluently speak and understand the English language.
      
    • Drive vehicles in areas congested with aircraft, moving and stationary vehicles, and equipment.
      
    • Effectively communicate with customers, clients, management, and other employees.
      
    • Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
      
    • Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds above the head.
      
    • Apply concepts of basic math to perform operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
      
    • Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in standardized situations.
      
    • Wear uniform and insignia as prescribed by the Company.
      
    • Report to work in a regular and timely basis.
