Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:Oversee the migration and rollout of EPM/PPM tools PPM


Project Execution:Utilize Agile (SCRUM & Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies to manage project phases.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, calendars, and timelines.
Produce detailed project documentation, including functional/technical requirements, business requirements, and testing plans for non-Agile initiatives.
Lead workshops and business requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.


Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand priorities and align deliverables.
Facilitate daily cross-functional Agile meetings, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
Support regression, system, and UAT testing phases to ensure project success.


Agile Leadership:Groom and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with business partners and scrum teams.
Ensure all features, stories, and tasks are well understood by stakeholders and the development team.
Provide expertise in Agile transformation and scaling practices.



Qualifications:

Project Management Expertise:Proven experience managing complex finance and business technology projects.
Hands-on experience with Agile (SCRUM & Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, and other PM software.


Finance Technology Acumen:Strong knowledge of financial systems like Oracle Hyperion or similar tools.
Understanding of financial processes, including forecasting, consolidations, and reporting.


Documentation and Communication:Ability to create project plans, business/functional/technical requirements, and testing documentation.
Excellent communication skills to facilitate workshops and interact with stakeholders.


Additional Skills:Independent, results-driven, and able to work effectively within a team.
Experience leading Agile transformations at scale.



Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience with EPM/PPM tool migrations and implementations.
Familiarity with SAP project alignment and integration.
