Job Description:

We are working on behalf of a leading maker of test equipment for Analog, RF, and Microwave IC test. They are moving into Millimeter Wave Test Equipment for testing ICs used in areas like 5G, 60 GHz WLAN, and Automotive Radars at 77GHz. They are located in the greater Boston, MA area.They are looking for a Lead Design Engineer, who will be a Principal Designer and/or lead and mentor other engineers in this growing area.Responsibilities:

Lead design efforts in Microwave or MM Wave Design at the board level or up to the Transceiver level.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
Address packaging effects, signal integrity, and space challenges in IC integration.Qualifications:
MSEE or better.
8-10 years of experience in Microwave or MM Wave Design.
Experience in Chip and Wire, MCM design technology is a plus.Competitive salary, plus management incentive and RSUs.
