Job Description Because of the need for consistent, in-person
collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due
to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed
full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at
a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. To allow employees to

processing, 100% cleanroom job function, validate and monitor daily
production activities.BAE Systems is seeking a Principal
Semiconductor Engineer to join the Advanced Microwave Product
Center (located in Nashua, NH). In this role, you will contribute
to team efforts to sustain/support process and new equipment
qualification activities by working closely with Process
Integration and Production groups, optimize current processes for
lean manufacturing, SPC controls, and yield improvement. This
includes overlapping with first and second shift operations.
Experience in semiconductor process engineering related to GaAs and
GaN materials is highly desired. Multi-tasking is expected in our
fast-paced environment with delivery commitments to both internal
and external customers. Strong verbal and written communication

Education, Experience, & Skills
BS in engineering fields and 6+ years
of work experience; or MS in semiconductor related fields and 3+
years of work experience
Hands-on experience in III-V
semiconductor in Backside processing, new tool install and
qualification, and process improvement
Process and Equipment oriented
Ability to multi-task, functioning both as individual contributor
and as team players in multiple projectsStrong verbal and written
communication skillsAbility to perform job functions in wafer
foundry cleanroom environment100% onsite cleanroom job

$112420 - $191070Please note: This range is based on our market pay
structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a
variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
