As part of this team, you will have a major impact on driving the organization towards world class standards and ensuring cohesive programs that are driven throughout the organization globally. In this position, you will develop a broad process improvement skillset that includes driving effective change in a fast-paced, highly regulated industry.\rKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support global continuous improvement activities and projects in production, quality inspection, and logistics by utilizing standardized lean tools and methods to achieve scale-up goals.
• Utilize data analysis to measure the effectiveness and impact of process improvement initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
• Facilitate Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement and quick implementation in the organization.
• Work directly with manufacturing associates with a "hands-on" mentality to identify opportunities for process improvement projects.
• Work in cross-functional teams that span global operations.
• Assume role as change agent to support teams through process changes.\r\r
