Commercial Real Estate InternBoston, United States of AmericaThe Commercial Real Estate group is responsible for loan production and management of institutional quality real estate term and construction lending. The CRE internship will support the underwriting / portfolio management team in the management of the loan book and origination of new lending opportunities.The underwriting teams underwrite risk (i.e., selection/rejection of new and renewal business) and analyze quality and quantity of risks underwritten and prepare reports accordingly. They administer and monitor underwriting rules and guidelines, rating manual rules, laws and regulations.The intern for this team will provide overall support to the Underwriting and Portfolio Management team. Assists in the evaluation and review of existing business and new accounts. Contributes to the profitable growth of specific program(s) by maintaining pricing integrity, product excellence, and the development of meaningful performance metrics and controls.This 2025 Summer Internship is for undergraduate students who have an anticipated graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026.This internship position is located in either:BostonNew York CityBefore applying, please keep in mind that our internship program does not offer any relocation assistance.
